Biography: Blake is the head of the pediatric department at Mercy. He's known for having the best bedside manner with the children and for his sweet southern charm. He is Tiffany's best friend and has loved her for years
Where I see this going: Tiffany's had a drinking problem since her mother passed away when she was 16. When Blake finds her passed out in her bedroom with dozens of whiskey bottles at her side and all over the room he brings her to Mercy where she is then treated for alcohol poisoning. When it is revealed that another episode like this could kill her Blake tells Tiffany the truth about how he feels and begs her to seek treatment
